Pneumatic Closing Check Valve

This Pneumatic Closing Check Valve is a three eccentric structure closing and slowly closing butterfly check valve with an auxiliary pneumatic device and slowly closing damping oil cylinder. It is applicable to the pipeline of air, combustible gas, water and other media with operating temperature < 300℃ and instantaneous temperature < 350℃. The opening of the valve is mainly realized by the pressure difference before and after the valve, while the closing of the valve depends on the dead weight of the valve clack and the action of the heavy hammer to automatically close most of the valve and the final closing is completed by the air pressure. The damping oil cylinder plays a buffering and damping role. Because of the three eccentric butterfly structures, the relative friction time of the valve clack in the opening and closing process is shortened, thus extending the service life and sealing performance of the valve. The damping oil cylinder can reduce the impact in the closing process eliminate the vibration caused by the pressure wave, and extend the service life of the valve.
