Our single-plate swing-type wafer check valve features a compact sandwich-type flangeless wafer body, meeting API 6D and ASME B16.10 face-to-face dimensions. It boasts a straightforward yet durable construction, ensuring reliability.
Designed for pump discharge duties, this wafer check valve utilizes an eccentrically mounted hinge pin and disc seat to ensure a secure shut-off of the returning media. Additionally, a Spring Loaded version is available upon specific request.
With its short face-to-face dimensions and lightweight design, this valve allows for easy space-saving installation between mating companion flanges. It is compatible with weld neck or slip-on type companion flanges of various standards, eliminating the need for flange gaskets during installation thanks to built-in face sealing 'O' rings provided on the sealing face.
